UX Designer

Inspired to improve the human experience through technology and design, Boon currently works on crafting experiences as a UX designer at SapientNitro for clients like HSBC, Barclays and Unilever. He draws inspiration and insight from his past experience as a software engineer, having worked across web and mobile techologies in the telecommunications industry. He has also worked in the startup space, helping small companies bootstrap ideas into real products and services.

Boon began his professional career in his hometown of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, but later moved to the UK to pursue a MSc in Human-Computer Interaction at University College London. He also holds a BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Kansas.

Outside the office, he is an active member of the London UX community and organizes the annual UXCampLondon unconference.
